As someone who has serious and terrible anxiety surrounding dental visits, Dr. Patel, Dr. Sawhney, Mildred, Melissa, Monica and all the other people who make this office work are unbelievable skilled, sympathetic, professional and helpful in everyway.I first went to see them as an emergency when my crown popped out while I was 7 months pregnant with my daughter. I was on the verge of tears the whole time. Dr. Patel was absolutely incredible. Gentle, caring, understanding and extremely meticulous. She explained everything she was doing, explained in detail why certain things couldn’t happen due to my pregnancy and how it could all be fixed after I gave birth.That was more than 3 years ago, under the gentle care of Cranford Dental Arts unparalleled professionals my anxiety is much better and my teeth and gums have never been healthier. I have had a lot of work done, considering I rarely saw dentists because of the anxiety, and now I am embarking upon an implant journey for those teeth that had been extracted by other dentists.If you are looking for a top dental group I cannot recommend Cranford Dental Arts enough. From the front desk receptionists to the hygienists and dentists, everyone is VERY professional and friendly. We've been coming here for a few years now and have even started the process for Invisalign. Dr Patel is wonderful and is thoughtful in making sure you're comfortable during your dental work. Dr. Sawhney is the best dentist I have ever had. She is very patient, detailed, professional, and highly knowledgeable. She really cares about achieving the best for her patients. The office staff is also extremely welcoming, warm and very professional. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is very clean and up to date with the latest dental technology. My teeth have never been whiter and in such good shape before I started going to Dr. Sawhney. I had to wear invisaling to fixed my crooked teeth. It took way longer than expected and may visits to fix all my teeth, however, Dr. Sawhney wouldn't give up until my teeth were perfectly alined and in good shape. I have to preface this review by saying that I have always had an extreme fear of dentists. The idea of someone poking around in my mouth has always given me anxiety. When I called to set an appointment, the receptionist immediately calmed my fears and said that the staff would understand and work with me. She was spot on! The dental hygienist, Melanie, was excellent and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She told me what she was doing each step of the way, and always checked to see that I was okay with it. Also, she could tell I had a fear of germs and always told me about how each piece of equipment was cleaned. After the cleaning, Dr. Sawhney came in and also understood my fears. She told me what work needed to be done on my teeth, and that I didn’t need to worry. She said to make sure that I booked my next appointment with her because she would be understanding about my dental anxiety. Overall, this was a great experience and I should have come here sooner! Great staff with a very nice clean office. I highly recommend them! Less

Just finished a cleaning with Dr. Benn and I found my new dentist for life.High tech environment with a digital tooth scan to show me the benefits of Invisalign (talked it out with Dr. Benn who was very measured in her guidance—not yet for me) and quick X-rays.Dr Benn was thorough and patient in determining next steps for care and the receptionist at the front was very helpful with understanding my insurance and how best to schedule upcoming appointments. First of all, the most beautiful dentist office ever! I love that during Covid, Dr. Sawhney renovated her office with everything new. It all feels so fresh and clean and safe! Secondly and equally important was the staff- everyone is so kind. I had my cleaning done and a checkup for invisilign. The cleaning was very thorough and comfortable. I was concerned about my teeth damage from grinding my teeth every night. Dr. Sahwney was so patient and explained everything to me of how we could protect my teeth. Her top of the line equipment was amazing in showing just how much damage I’ve done to my teeth from all the nightly teeth grinding. Glad I went to see her! Less
